Multiple-layer
cutter with fabric roll paternoster and automatic cloth folding machine for
precise layers and computer-controlled cutting of fabric sections as part of
an efficient large-scale production operation.
This single-layer cutter does not only cut the sections to the exact millimetre
and with absolute symmetry but also marks up all seam lines, such as cut-outs
for windows or listings.
The
milling and drill cutter is used for cutting special parts for convertible tops
out of hard plastic panels. The cutter can produce holes and contours with a
radius of up to 1 mm.
The
large welding machines allow welding of the convertible-top seams in one pass.
This prevents unsightly start/stop points as generated by smaller machines.
The
modern industrial sewing machines have been special designed for handling the
strong convertible-top fabric. Specially developed ancillary equipment guarantees
a perfect finish.
